About Good Journey
Good Journey is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health counseling. My mission is to empower clients to overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I'm here to provide personalized care tailored to your specific needs.
I approach our time together with the belief that you are the expert on your own life—sometimes, you just need a sounding board and a fresh perspective to help you create the reality you desire.
During my education, I focused on a variety of therapeutic techniques that shape my approach today. I tailor our work together based on your unique needs, offering insight, guidance, and encouragement as you navigate life’s complexities.
For the past five years, I have worked as a school counselor, collaborating closely with individuals and families on issues such as:
✔ School and work resistance
✔ Family life transitions (divorce, addiction, blended families)
✔ Learning differences (ADHD, autism, selective mutism)
✔ Social difficulties and mood disorders (anxiety, depression, negative self-talk)
Whether you're facing a life transition, struggling with self-doubt, or simply needing a space to process your thoughts, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to uncover solutions, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Our Session Together
Our counseling session is a dedicated space for you to explore whatever is on your mind—whether it’s a challenge that’s unsettling you or an area of life where you’d like to grow. This time is yours to express yourself in a way that feels most natural to you.
Our session may involve open conversation, role-playing a situation, creative expression through art or writing, or other approaches that support your unique needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all method—just a safe, supportive environment where you can gain clarity, process emotions, and work toward the changes you desire.
